POPIA Privacy Policy – MD Gulf Recruitment

MD Gulf Recruitment is committed to protecting the personal information of candidates, clients, partners, and stakeholders in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) of South Africa.

  • Data is stored in encrypted systems, including Zoho Recruit and Google Workspace
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
  • Reasonable measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure

Personal information is shared only where necessary and only with verified and authorized third parties, which may include:

  • Employers or clients
  • Licensed recruitment partners
